By the very nature of mankind accidents will effect or happen at sometime during their life time. Either complaceancy, carelessness or the worst case deliberate.
Accidents have to be reported whether it is a near miss or results in injury. Depending on the accident/incident will determine whether it is reported to RIDDOR or not.
At Safety Together we can investigate your accident/near miss and produce a report of recomendations. In some cases this report can be supported with photgraphic evidence. The report can also be supplied in powerpoint presentation format for use in training (this would have any face images distorted if required).
